ERAI

ERAI

Arcadia has been a member in good standing of ERAI (Electronics  Resellers Association International) since 1998, placing it among the oldest ERAI members in the industry.

ERAI is the de facto industry organization for electronic resellers of  electronic components.  It is recognized by NASA, every branch of the U.S. military, and a preponderance of top global electronics OEMs and CMs.  Its members include Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Hewlett Packard, Honeywell, Raytheon, Semiconductor Industry Association, Teradyne, Textron, United Technologies, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Dept. of Commerce, U.S. Dept. of Justice, U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation, NASA, U.S. Navy,  U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, U.S. Army.

Membership in ERAI is a privilege, not a right.  If strict adherence to ethical and business codes of conduct are not consistently demonstrated by a member, membership is suspended or revoked.

Likewise, issues relating to disputes, non-conforming parts, breach of contract, etc. are readily reported by members -- as it relates to their dealings with members and non-members alike -- and become part of the ERAI historical database on industry suppliers, customers, and other participants.  Arcadia makes frequent and detailed use of this database in its process for selecting, managing, and removing suppliers from the Arcadia Global Supply Network™.

"The sum knowledge and experience of an informed group of 100 active participants in a business network - vs. the collective insight that same group can generate -- is a non-linear, if not exponential relationship.
